In this article, you will learn how to:

• Add text in uPresenter

• Edit text in uPresenter

• Style text in uPresenter

Add text

On the left bar of the working window, choose Text

The Text pane is now extended.

There are 2 main styles of text you can add to your work:

• Default text styles: including a title, subtitle, and body text sample.

• Custom text styles: including a creative library of preset text samples in different styles.

Click on the option you want to insert the text into the work.

Edit text

After adding the text, make changes to the text content. 

Pay attention to the Quick Toolbar

Here, you will have some quick styling options and effects to simplify your editing process.

Especially, you can make quick changes to the text using the Ask AI function.

• Improve writing: choose this to improve the general content of the text box. 

• Fix grammar: choose this to let AI spot and fix the grammar mistakes.

• Make shorter: choose this to make your paragraph shorter.

• Make longer: choose this to make your paragraph longer.

• Professional tone: choose this to make the tone of the paragraph more professional.

• Casual tone: choose this to make the tone of the paragraph more casual.

• Custom prompt: choose this to write your own prompt and let the AI generate the content.

Style text

Besides the fixed Style pane with the options as in the Transform content part, text will have another Text pane to style characters, paragraphs, and boxes.

• Choose the text that needs changing.

• Navigate to the Properties pane, click the Text icon.

• Edit the character styles with these options.

• Edit the paragraph styles with these options.

• Edit the text boxes with these options.
