New Features
Team License Support
Simplify user management and boost collaboration with our new Team License feature. You can now manage multiple users under a shared license with greater administrative control. To begin, go to the Teams settings under your Profile. There, you can set up a new team and access two default tabs:
Overview: Displays key information about your team license, including team logo, name, description, license status, number of used seats, available credits, billing period, start and end dates.
Members: Allows you to invite others to join your team using email addresses or a Word/Excel list. You can also assign and manage each member's role to control access and permissions.

As a member of a team license, you'll have access to the same license level (Free or Pro) as the team, with the ability to create content, share it with team members if desired, and use the credits allocated by the team license owner.
To upgrade to the Pro Plan for team licenses, please contact uLearnBox Support directly via email: support@ulearnbox.com.

New Question Types: Fill in the Blanks & Multiple Dropdowns
Create more dynamic and interactive quizzes with two versatile new question formats, now available in uPresenter. These formats are ideal for enhancing learner engagement and testing a deeper understanding of course content.
Fill in the Blanks
This classic question type allows learners to type answers directly into blank spaces embedded within a sentence or paragraph. It’s perfect for grammar practice, vocabulary reinforcement, or any content that requires precise recall. Simply add a text block and define the blanks, uPresenter takes care of the formatting and scoring.

Multiple Dropdowns
With this format, learners choose the correct answers from multiple dropdown menus placed within a sentence or structured prompt. This type is especially effective for classification tasks, matching exercises, or testing comprehension in context. You can customize each dropdown's options to fit the difficulty level you need.

Attempts and Reporting Enhancements
This update brings powerful improvements to how you monitor and manage learner progress. From controlling the number of test attempts to accessing detailed performance reports, these new features give you deeper insights and greater flexibility in shaping the learning experience. Whether you're focused on mastery, pacing, or engagement, the enhanced Attempts and Reporting tools help you deliver more structured, data-driven instruction with ease.
Set Maximum Attempts
Now you can limit how many times a presentation or test can be attempted to better align with your learning goals. In the Score section, simply set the maximum number of attempts allowed, whether it’s one try or multiple chances. Once learners reach the limit, they will no longer be able to access the test, encouraging focus and accountability. This feature gives you more control over assessments and helps reinforce mastery-based learning.

Start or Resume Attempts
Just below the Max attempts setting, you'll find the Resume section, giving you full control over how learners return to a test or presentation.

There are three flexible options:
Prompt to resume: When learners access the test for the second time (and the max attempts are more than one), a popup appears asking if they want to resume where they left off or start over.
Always resume: Learners will automatically continue from where they left off, with no confirmation dialog shown.
Always start over: Every time a learner revisits the test, it restarts from the beginning without any prompt.
This feature helps you customize the learning experience based on your objectives, whether you want to encourage review, allow flexible pacing, or enforce consistency.
Detailed Attempt Reports
Detailed Attempt Reports are now available in Classroom Mode, giving you deeper insight into each learner’s progress. You can view all attempts a learner has made on a test, complete with detailed performance data such as scores, status, answers, and learner responses. The best attempt is shown by default, but you can easily switch between attempts to track improvement or identify patterns. This feature makes it easier than ever to monitor learning outcomes and provide targeted feedback.

Track Learner Time Spent
The Duration section is now available in the Detailed Attempts Report, allowing you to see exactly how long each learner spends on a presentation. This feature provides valuable insight into learner engagement, helping instructors and administrators better understand study behaviors and identify learners who may need additional support.
In-App Notifications
Stay connected and up to date with In-App Notifications in uPresenter. This new feature keeps you informed in real time about important events, such as when students join class, adds a new class’s lesson, and changes the presentation’s permission. No more missing critical updates or digging through emails. Notifications appear right within the app, so you can take immediate action and stay in sync with your team or class. With in-app notifications, collaboration and content management are now faster, smarter, and more efficient.
