Empowering Teachers Role: Manage Classes, Learners & Performance Tracking

Within this update, we’re introducing Classes—a new way to organize your content and manage your learners more effectively. Instead of sharing individual presentations one by one, you can now group multiple presentations into a class. Think of it as your own mini-course, complete with lessons, quizzes, and progress tracking.

Here’s how it works:

• Start by creating class, giving class name and description and adding presentations you created into your class.

• Invite learners to join the class using a simple passcode, or invited link.

• As learners go through each lesson, uPresenter tracks their performance: slide views, quiz results, time spent, and more—all accessible from your dashboard.

Note: If you are not managing Classes, you can share presentations as normal. It allows anonymous access with name input. Learners can access lessons with no login required. They just enter their name and jump right in. It’s a low-barrier way to engage learners while still allowing teachers to track progress and participation.

Whether you're teaching in a school, running a workshop, or training a team, this new flow gives you control, clarity, and a complete picture of learner engagement over time.

• Review a lesson, see feedback and score results immediately as they finish the lesson.

A Fresh Look: New Visuals Are Coming!

Extended Language Support

We’ve also made uPresenter available globally. 

With support for 18 languages (and more on the way), educators and learners from different regions can now use the platform in the language they’re most comfortable with.

We’ve restructured the layout to give your canvas more space and clarity while keeping essential tools within easy reach. 

Whether you’re editing slides, arranging flow, or previewing your work, this update ensures a smoother creative process. It’s designed to help you focus on your content, not the clicks.

Create Smarter with uPresenter: Shape Tool, Text-to-speech, Timeline Preview & Download as Images

Text-to-Speech on Canvas

Need narration? Just type it out. With Text-to-Speech, you can convert any text on the canvas directly into audio. Just by clicking any elements having text inside, you can convert it into speech - immediately.

It’s perfect for adding voiceovers, enhancing accessibility, or creating self-paced lessons—no recording required.

Batch Lesson Deletion

Managing your content just got easier. With Batch Lesson Deletion, you can now select and delete multiple lessons at once, saving time and keeping your workspace organized—especially useful when cleaning up drafts or outdated materials.

Enhanced Shape Tools

You can now modify shape borders and switch between shape types even after insertion, giving you more flexibility while designing your slides. Whether you're diagramming concepts or framing content visually, the improved shape tools make it easier to adjust without starting over.

Elements Animation & Interaction

You’ll now find animation and interaction buttons right at your fingertips—no more digging through menus. Just click an object, and you can instantly add motion or make it interactive.

Download As Images

Sometimes you need your content in a static format—for downloading, embedding in documents, or uploading to another platform. 

With the new Download as Images feature, you can easily download an individual slide or bulk-export entire presentations as high-quality images.

Whether you're repurposing content for handouts, visual summaries, or social media posts, this feature gives you more flexibility in how and where your slides are used.

• Download in bulk: Create Download on the top right corner.

• Download in a single slide: Right click on the target Canvas and choose Save slide as Image

Multi-Slide Preview in Timeline

Take full control of your presentation flow with the new Preview All feature. Now you can preview all your slides along with their animations in a continuous, scrollable view - right inside the timeline.

This makes it easier to fine-tune transitions, check pacing, and ensure that everything flows smoothly from one slide to the next. Whether you're building a complex lesson or just want a quick overview, the timeline preview helps you see the big picture and polish the details - all in one place.
