Collaboration works best when access, discussion, and recovery are treated as one workflow. Part XII explains how to give each person the right role, work together in the live editor, keep review notes attached to the presentation, and inspect or recover earlier saved versions.

Start by assigning the least powerful role that still lets each person do their job. Use comments for review decisions instead of editing around one another, and check Version History before restoring an earlier state. uPresenter saves and synchronizes editor changes automatically, so there is no separate Save command.
