Part XX: Help, Troubleshooting, And FAQ
Part XX shows you where to get official help, how to send a useful problem report, how to diagnose the failures users encounter most often, and where common uPresenter concepts differ.
Work through the topics in order when you are investigating an unfamiliar problem. If you already know which feature is affected, start with the troubleshooting table in Section 20.2 and follow its link to the detailed feature topic.

- Send a support request that contains enough context to reproduce the problem without exposing secrets.
- Report a problem from the online presentation player.
- Separate account, permission, plan, credit, access, delivery, and tracking problems.
- Understand the differences between presentations and lessons, fixed slides and fluid lessons, completion and success, and the available eLearning packages.
Before You Begin
